FAQ:
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, education, and practical support. I help you understand patterns, build emotional and nervous system awareness, develop tools, and create real-life change. If you need therapeutic or clinical support, that can be important too, but this space is specifically coaching-based.
Do I need to be in crisis mode for this to help?
Not at all. Some people come because they are in a very hard season. Others come because they are functioning well enough, but know there is a better way to live than constantly bracing, coping, or overreacting. Both are valid reasons.
What if I already know a lot about this stuff?
That is completely okay. In fact, many people I work with are already thoughtful, reflective, and pretty well-read. The issue is usually not lack of knowledge. It is needing support with embodiment, regulation, integration, and practical application when real life hits.
What if I am highly sensitive or easily overwhelmed?
Then this work may be especially supportive. We go at a grounded pace and build capacity with care. The goal is not to bulldoze your sensitivity. It is to help you understand it, work with it, and feel less ruled by overwhelm.
Do you give practical tools or is this mostly reflective?
Both. Reflection matters, but I am very interested in helping you actually use what you are learning. So yes, there is depth and insight, but there are also practical tools, exercises, perspectives, and next steps you can bring into daily life.
You do not need to wait until you are completely fried, falling apart, or one argument away from losing it.
