FAQ:
Is this just for parents, or do the kids join too?
That depends on your family and what makes the most sense for your situation. Some sessions may be parent-focused, while others may include certain children when appropriate. We decide that together based on age, maturity, goals, and what will actually be most helpful.
Do both parents need to participate?
No. Coaching can still be very helpful if only one parent is actively involved. Of course, when both parents are on board, that can be wonderful, but it is not a requirement.
What if our family situation is complicated?
That is often exactly why private coaching is so helpful. Family life is rarely neat and simple. If your situation feels layered, intense, unconventional, or hard to explain in a generic parenting class, personalized coaching may be the right fit.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, education, and practical support. I help you understand patterns, build skills, and create meaningful change in your family life. If therapeutic or clinical support is needed, that is important too, but this space is focused on coaching and resilience-based family support.
What if we are not a “traditional” family?
That is completely okay. This work is for real families, not idealized ones. Traveling families, homeschooling families, blended families, unconventional families, stressed families, loving-but-overwhelmed families—you are welcome here.
