I didn’t become a resilience coach because I had it all figured out.

When life completely broke me open, I realized something important —
I wasn’t starting from scratch. I was already resilient.

But natural resilience only takes you so far.

To truly heal, grow, and show up differently for my family…
I had to learn how to rebuild from the inside out.

That’s when this became more than personal —
it became my work.

My Story:

Years ago, our life looked “normal” on the outside. But underneath, everything shifted. We lost our daughter. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with cancer.

And somewhere in all of that… I realized I couldn’t go back to the life we were living before. It didn’t fit anymore. It didn’t feel real anymore. So we chose something different.

We chose to travel. To slow down. To reconnect — with ourselves and each other.

And honestly? It wasn’t easy. There were still fights. Triggers. Moments where everything felt overwhelming.

But instead of trying to control it… I started learning how to understand it. Emotions. Stress. Patterns. Family dynamics.

Not in theory — but in real life, with real kids, real pressure, real situations.

What I Bring:

I’m a certified HeartMath resilience coach with a background in developmental psychology, and trained in yoga and meditation (including Yin, Kids yoga, and Laughter yoga).

But more importantly — I’ve lived this.

Alongside years of real-life experience raising a family through stress, grief, and major life shifts, I’ve spent countless hours studying and applying practical tools in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, personality typing (including the Enneagram), heart-led communication, and resilience-based parenting approaches like Love and Logic.

I also integrate simple, effective nervous system and biohacking techniques that support real, everyday regulation — not just theory.

And now I bring all of that together to help families create more calm, connection, and clarity in their daily lives.

What Makes This Different?

This isn’t about control.

It’s not about “fixing” your kids.

It’s about:

  • Understanding what’s really happening underneath behavior

  • Regulating your nervous system (so you can actually respond)

  • Creating connection instead of constant conflict

If this resonates with you — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
