Helping teens handle stress, emotions, and life—without shutting down, exploding, or feeling lost in it all.

An 8-week online course to build confidence, emotional awareness, and real-life resilience—so teens can actually understand what’s going on inside them and know what to do with it.

This course isn’t about fixing teens. And it’s not about telling them how to behave.

 

It’s about helping them understand:

-what’s happening in their body
-why emotions feel so intense sometimes
- how to calm things down (without shutting everything off)
- how to handle stress in a way that actually works

Because once that clicks— everything gets easier to manage.

And of course you’ve tried to help. You’ve talked things through, offered suggestions, encouraged them, maybe even pushed a little when it felt necessary.

How the Course Works exactly:

This course includes weekly online sessions in an interactive and engaging format that keeps things real and relatable. You will learn simple, practical tools that you can actually use in everyday life, along with light reflection—without any pressure to share deeply. There are also optional journaling prompts and supportive resources for those who want to go a bit further.

It’s a supportive group environment where no one is forced to talk or put on the spot. Everyone is invited to engage in a way that feels comfortable to them.

How thoughts and perception affect friendships, family, and everyday interactions.

Week 3 — Coherence

Understanding stress and learning how to calm the system using simple techniques.

Week 6 — Personality (Enneagram)

Week 7 — Communication

Week 8 — Integration & Action Plan

What emotions really are—and how to handle them instead of being overwhelmed by them.

Who this is for

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will my teen actually
engage with this?

The course is designed to be practical, interactive, and relatable—not lecture-based. Most teens engage more than parents expect once they feel it’s relevant to them.

Do they have to talk or share?

No. Participation is encouraged, but never forced.  Distractions are set aside, interaction is invited but not forced and in my experience after a bit of a warm up the group really values hearing from everyone.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching in a group setting and practical skill-building focused on resilience, emotional intelligence, and stress regulation.

The Truth is

This isn’t magic.

It won’t make life stress-free.

But it will give teens tools they can come back to—
again and again.

And that changes more than you might think.

You can’t control everything your teen goes through.

But you can give them tools they’ll carry for life.
