Resilienzkurs für Jugendliche

Das Leben als Teenager kann überwältigend sein, doch mit den richtigen Werkzeugen werden Herausforderungen zu Chancen für persönliches Wachstum. Dieser Kurs vermittelt praktische Fähigkeiten, die Jugendlichen helfen, sich selbst besser zu verstehen, Stress konstruktiv zu bewältigen und starke, unterstützende Beziehungen aufzubauen. Mithilfe von HeartMath-Techniken, Übungen zur emotionalen Intelligenz und Erkenntnissen aus dem Enneagramm lernen Jugendliche, ihre Emotionen zu regulieren, ihre Konzentration zu verbessern und selbstbewusst Entscheidungen zu treffen. Als zertifizierter HeartMath-Resilienzcoach biete ich motivierende Aktivitäten und nachvollziehbare Strategien, die Jugendlichen helfen, Selbstwahrnehmung, Sinnfindung und herzbasierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu entwickeln. Am Ende des Kurses werden sie genau wissen, wie sie ihre innere Stärke nutzen und ihr Leben mit Resilienz meistern können.
Wir treffen uns einmal wöchentlich online in einer kleinen Gruppe – insgesamt 8 Wochen bzw. 8 Sitzungen. Neue Kurse starten alle paar Monate. Will my teen actually
engage with this?
The course is designed to be practical, interactive, and relatable—not lecture-based. Most teens engage more than parents expect once they feel it’s relevant to them.
Do they have to talk or share?
No. Participation is encouraged, but never forced. Distractions are set aside, interaction is invited but not forced and in my experience after a bit of a warm up the group really values hearing from everyone.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching in a group setting and practical skill-building focused on resilience, emotional intelligence, and stress regulation.
The Truth is
This isn’t magic.
It won’t make life stress-free.
