Building Personal Resilience Group Course

More about the online course:

This course is designed to help adults cultivate lasting resilience. Based on the the five essential pillars of resilience, we will take a close look at different areas of our life and learn tools and techniques used by Fortune 500 company leaders and professional athletes to manage stress and get ahead of the game. As a trained and certified HeartMath resilience coach with expertise in developmental psychology, communication, and meditation, I guide you through proven techniques to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build stronger relationships. You’ll explore HeartMath’s definition of coherence, emotional intelligence, Enneagram personality typing, and the science of neurocardiology (aka: the wisdom of the heart). Through practical exercises, meditation techniques, and heart-led communication strategies, you'll develop the ability to thrive under pressure, find deeper meaning in life, and strengthen your inner sense of hope and self-awareness.

We will meet online, once a week in a small group- for a total of 8 weeks or 8 sessions.  New courses start every couple months, so just book the course below or write me through the "Let's Work Together" link and I will be in contact about when the next group starts and on what days we will meet.

The HeartMath resilience course by Stacy introduced me to a variety of techniques to connect with my heart intelligence. I learned simple tools that do not take a lot of time, but help to calm down the nervous system. The weekly "homework" tasks help to integrate the techniques in the daily life. Overall, the course is well structured with each session covering different ways to develop resilience.
