Teen Resilience Course

Life as a teen can be overwhelming, but with the right tools, challenges become opportunities for growth. This course teaches practical skills to help teens understand themselves better, handle stress in a healthy way, and build strong, supportive relationships. Using HeartMath techniques, emotional intelligence exercises, and Enneagram personality insights, teens will learn how to regulate emotions, improve focus, and make decisions with confidence. As a certified HeartMath resilience coach, I provide engaging activities and relatable strategies to help teens develop self-awareness, personal meaning, and heart-led communication skills. By the end of the course, they’ll have a clear understanding of how to tap into their inner strength and navigate life with resilience.

We will meet online, once a week in a small group- for a total of 8 weeks or 8 sessions. New courses start every couple months, so just book the course below or write me through the "Let's Work Together" link and I will be in contact about when the next group starts and on what days we will meet.
